Terms & Conditions

Last updated: August 2026

These terms apply to your use of the Jadhav Academy website and to enrolment in our coaching programs — Foundation Batch, School Coaching, and Science Academy — at our centre on Jail Road, Nashik.

Enquiries and admissions

Submitting the enquiry form or contacting us via WhatsApp/phone does not itself confirm admission. Admission is confirmed only after counselling and, where applicable, fee payment.
Batch timings and fee structure are shared during counselling and may vary by program and intake.

Conduct & attendance

Students are expected to attend classes regularly and follow the academy's code of conduct.
Jadhav Academy reserves the right to discontinue coaching for a student in cases of serious misconduct, following communication with the parent/guardian.

Study material

Printed notes and study material provided are for the personal use of the enrolled student and may not be reproduced or redistributed.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the latest version will always be available on this page.
